Summer vacation can not pass without the long, idle days filled with lying on the sandy beaches. If for your holiday choose beautiful island of Skiathos, here you can see that beaches should devote most attention. Most of the coast length of 44 km is covered with lush beaches. The small island has exactly 60 beaches.
Best organized beaches are located on the southeastern part of the island, not far from the town Skiathos. These beaches are full of bars, sunbeds, parasols, organized activities and watersports, etc.. The first major beach is Megali Amos, very long beach that brings thousands of tourists and is ideal for those who want to find a place with many people.
