Brasilia is the capital city of Brazil. It was founded on April 21, 1960 to serve as a new national capital. Before that the capital of Brazil was Rio de Janeiro (1763-1960). Brasilia is the 4th most popular city in Brazil. It is a city with great features. It is a center of all three branches of the federal government of Brazil, the Congress, the President and the Supreme Court.
