The average depth of the lake Lago di Braies is 17 m. The deepest point has been measured at 36 m, making it one of the deepest lake in Italy. The Lago di Braies also is known as “pearl of the Dolomites”. This gorgeous lake covers an area of 77 acres (31 ha).
