Palace of the Parliament, Bucharest, Romania
Another architectural sights in Eastern Europe, which is little known, is the Palace of Parliament in Bucharest, Romania. The palace was built in the 80s of last century, on the orders of communist dictator Nicolae Ceausescu. Made in the neoclassical style and is considered one of the greatest and most difficult buildings in the world.

Old Bridge, Mostar
Eastern European cultural characteristics also follow the trend of so-called “forgotten architecture”. Here particularly interesting is the Old Bridge in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The bridge was built in 1566th year, and destroyed in 1993 during the war in Bosnia. Then, it was finally rebuilt in 2004, which once again became a center of civic circles.
