The most expensive Airbnb rentals in the world

Ready to explore the world’s most luxurious and extravagant Airbnb rentals? From private islands to exotic villas, we’ll take you on a journey through some of the most expensive and exclusive properties available on Airbnb.

They come from the researchers at currency exchange firm S.Money, who compiled some lists of the world’s most expensive Airbnb rentals.

Get ready to indulge in ultimate luxury and opulence as we showcase the crème de la crème of Airbnb listings.

The most expensive Airbnb in the world

Musha Cay in the Bahamas is the most expensive Airbnb rental in the world. To stay at this luxurious Caribbean villa, you’ll have to pay a cool $60,000 per night.

But that does include a private chef and some of the best ocean views in the entire Caribbean.

Most expensive Airbnb rental in North America

The only place in North America that comes close to Musha Cay in terms of price is another Caribbean getaway.

This time it’s located on the island of Barbados. The Garden, a sprawling beachside villa with stunning views, costs just over $28,000 per night.

Cobb Road Daydream is the priciest Airbnb in the USA. Guests pay $27,000 for one night at this Hamptons mansion. The property comes with a pool, hot tub, and tennis court.

Super expensive Airbnbs in South America

Playa Vik in Jose Ignacio, Uruguay, is South America’s most expensive Airbnb.

The per-night rate is just over $16,000. It’s a popular vacation spot for South America’s biggest celebrities and sports stars, including Uruguayan footballer Edison Cavani.

Europe’s most expensive Airbnb

Europe’s priciest Airbnb is in Switzerland. Located in Bagnes, not far from the Alps, the Alpine Estate is part of a stunning ski resort where the world’s wealthiest people vacation during the winter months. They pay just under $50,000 to sleep here for a night.

Alpine Estate has 10 bedrooms and a range of luxurious facilities, including a cinema room, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym, swimming pool, and games room.

Luxury Airbnb’s in the Middle East

Fancy staying at the Villa MK in Mugla, Turkey?

Okay, all you have to do is pay $37,000 per night. But you do get plenty for your money.

Central Asia’s most expensive Airbnb has everything you need to feel like a billionaire for a night, including a private chef, a heated infinity pool with stunning views, and a personal security team.

Super expensive Airbnb’s in Oceania

Oceania’s most expensive Airbnb, The Hidden Palace, is in Ubud, Indonesia, a stunning area of natural beauty famous for rainforests, terraced rice paddies, Hindu temples, and shrines.

But you might not see much of it if you stay here. The Hidden Palace costs $40,000 a night, so you’ll probably want to stay in and get your money’s worth.

The luxury budget option

Luxury Airbnb’s in Africa tend to be a little cheaper – but that’s a (very) relative term. Africa’s most expensive Airbnb, a luxury villa in Fes, Morocco, will still cost you more than $12,000 a night.

Do you think you’ll be Airbnb’ing at any of these luxury locations soon? Us neither. Buy hey; we can always dream.
